App policies and support
Release status: The VORASYNC iOS app is being prepared for App Store release and is not yet publicly available. This page describes the planned release configuration.
App Privacy
Privacy on the device. What the VORASYNC iPhone and iPad app stores, processes, and does not collect.
No account
The VORASYNC app does not require an account and does not send prompts, responses, or chat history to VORASYNC.
On-device processing
After model setup, prompts and responses are processed on the device. Chats and model settings remain in protected local app storage unless the user removes the app or its data.
Model delivery
The app uses Apple's Background Assets service for the one-time model download and later model updates. Apple may process ordinary App Store and download information under Apple's own policies. VORASYNC does not receive prompt or response content through that service.
No tracking
The app contains no advertising SDK, tracking pixel, analytics service, remote inference service, or VORASYNC telemetry.

App Support
App support. Help with model setup, local storage, and on-device generation.
For support, email intake@vorasync.ai with the device model, operating-system version, app version, and the exact error shown. Do not send prompts, responses, private records, or model files.
The initial model download is large and requires a stable connection and adequate free storage. Once the model is ready, generation occurs on the device and does not require a network connection.
App Terms
Terms of use. The rules for using the VORASYNC iPhone and iPad app and its on-device Gemma model.
On-device tool
VORASYNC provides a local generative-AI interface. It does not provide legal, medical, safety, or other professional advice and must not make decisions for a person or organization. Review and verify every output before relying on it.
Gemma model
The downloadable model is Google Gemma. Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use. Those terms and Google's Prohibited Use Policy are incorporated into these app terms, and users must comply with them and with applicable law.
Your responsibility
Users are responsible for prompts, outputs, later uses of outputs, device security, and determining whether the app is appropriate for their work. Do not enter material that you are not authorized to store or process on the device.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the app, model, and outputs are provided as is and as available. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or inappropriate. VORASYNC does not promise a particular result or uninterrupted operation.
Termination
Access may be withdrawn for a violation of these terms or incorporated use restrictions. If the right to use or distribute Gemma ends, affected model copies must no longer be used and may need to be deleted.
