Seller
Plain Thinking paid supplements are sold by VoraSync Solutions LLC. VORASYNC is the public operating name used on this website.
Plain Thinking email
Plain Thinking email signup uses Buttondown. Buttondown receives the email address submitted through the signup form, sends the confirmation message, delivers confirmed issues, and manages unsubscribe requests. An address does not join the active list until its owner confirms it.
Checkout
Plain Thinking supplement checkout uses Stripe. Stripe processes payment details, tax calculation where applicable, receipts, and checkout records. VORASYNC receives the buyer information needed to record and fulfill paid supplement delivery.
Fulfillment
VORASYNC uses buyer and delivery contact information to confirm purchase, maintain a local fulfillment ledger, deliver paid supplements manually, handle support, and process refund or delivery questions.
Analytics
VORASYNC uses limited analytics to understand how people use this site. Cloudflare provides basic traffic and performance information. For U.S. visits, VORASYNC also records page views and a few actions, such as playing a video or selecting a registration or contact link. These records may include the page visited, referring site, state, network provider, and broad browser or device type. We do not use advertising trackers, cookies, session replay, or services that try to identify visitors or their employers.
Sensitive records
Do not send sensitive records by ordinary email, voicemail, checkout notes, or this website. Describe the problem first. Any review of sensitive material needs a separate written process.
